  4. People are still talking about these theories of the planets influence on the sun. Now we have much better data. See for instance A Guide to Understanding the Solar Powerwave. and of particular relevance Solar Cycle Induced by Rotating Medium. It is primarily about the big planets, Jupiter and Saturn. But don’t ask me what I think about this, because frankly I don’t really know …
